Invitation for pre-qualification
Money Transfer Services - Ref Number: UNDP/IFP/09-018
This announcement relates to Invitation for Pre-qualification for money transfer services from Nairobi/Kenya to Somaliland, Puntland and South/Central Somalia including Baidoa, Berbera, Bossaso, Buale, Garowe, Hargiesa, Jowhar, Merka, Mogadishu or Wajid. (And other locations on a needs basis).
Overview of service areas of interest of UNDP:
- Money Transfer services from Nairobi/Kenya to locations in Somaliland, Puntland and South/central Somalia.
The UNDP Somalia Office invites potential suppliers to express their interest in delivering the above mentioned money transfer services with the intention of developing a roster of potential suppliers. The submission should specify UNDP reference number I FP/09-018 and must be received no later than 31st May 2009.
The supplier must meet the following eligibility criteria and the submission shall include the following documentation:

Reference to minimum two previous examples of similar services rendered (name of customer and nature of service) |

Financial statements from last two years. (Annual audited reports) |
Companies will be reviewed in accordance with the procedure set out in the UNDP Procurement Guidelines and UNDP Financial Rules and Regulations.
