The draft in the document agreed by both sides include:
A complete cease fire coming into affect from October 1, 2008
The withdrawal of Ethiopian troops from the civilian areas in major towns of Somalia as joint forces from both TFG and ARS will replace.
The formation of 10,000 police forces from both sides
To facilitate the Ethiopian troop withdrawal from Somalia.
To work together for the formation of regional administration in Somalia and pave the way for drawing a new constitution for the country and jointly manage the country's economy and facilitate the humanitarian supplies to the needy people.
But the Somali Government finds difficult the wording of "Ethiopian withdrawal" and preferes " the withdrawal of all foreign troops in Somalia".
One of the agreed articles sets a deadline of 30 days for Ethiopian withdrawal while TFG suggests it to be 45 days.
To seek a solution for this deadlock, TFG representatives at meeting were making time-to-time contacts with Somali President in Mogadishu and Parliament Speaker in Baidoa.
Latest reports from Djibouti say that both sides and international community are very hopeful that the final agreement will be signed.
